I was blessed to attend the recent TERM seminar in India by John Cross & the team. I have been a believer for the past 19 years now to God’s glory but as I sat through the seminar, I sensed going through the whole salvation experience again!

The seminar took us through the Bible, laying the essential foundation of God’s attributes, offerings in the OT, Ten Commandments and many such other important happenings from the Bible before one was introduced to Jesus Christ as the Lamb Who takes away the sins of the world!

One of the key features of the seminar is the use of the visuals - they were so good and helped connecting the Gospel in pictures.

I personally loved the seminar for its Bible-centeredness! No concept from the Bible was ever diluted or reduced.

The book, “by this NAME” is a great tool for evangelism. Truly, “an ‘understood’ Gospel is a ‘powerful’ Gospel !

See evangelism in a whole new light…as actually doable. The three day TERM seminar taught us a rock solid, thorough way to explain the gospel to our biblically illiterate culture. We learned how to accurately communicate God’s message, with all the context necessary for full understanding. Tying the whole story together, from Genesis onward, made God’s plan come alive for me as never before. The visual aids made for vivid explanations that I won’t soon forget. Our questions were answered patiently, and the three days of fellowship were sweet. With this book in my hand, and this training in my head, I feel I have reliable tools with which to share my faith.

I have had four years of Bible training and 8 years of full time ministry experience.  I know the Bible stories and understand some of the connections.  But while I sat in this seminar last week I caught myself saying “wow I never saw it that way before” or “now that really makes sense”.  My understanding of a message I have trusted for 25 years is now deeper and clearer they I thought it could be.  God’s plan of salvation is so simple and beautiful and worthy of far more than the long hours of sitting in a chair studying.  To see the theme of salvation traced through the scriptures in three days has been so rewarding. 
My passion to share this message has been reignited.
