Can children understand the Bible?
The Bible is a BIG book! The Bible has many pages with lots of words and very few pictures. Don't you need to be a theologian to understand its concepts?
There is a way to make all those pages understandable for even a child's mind. Jesus said to let the little children come to Him. I believe that He still means it. Even adults are encouraged to have child-like faith.
There is a resource that presents the most important message of the Bible—God redeeming mankind—as bible devotions for kids. This resource is written in a way that children can understand. Dealing with serious but necessary issues, The Lamb promotes understanding of the core Gospel truths.
The Lamb takes kids on a journey through the heart of the Bible's message. By providing a foundation starting with creation, a clear identification is made between Jesus and the sacrificed lamb for forgiveness of sins. Issues like death are dealt with in an honest, straight-forward manner, but never is the child left hanging. Hope is always introduced.
Can children understand the Bible? Yes they can. If you use The Lamb picture book, it will give an accurate, undiluted but sensitive presentation of the gospel that kids can make sense of.
"This is an excellent book to explain God's plan from the beginning for salvation. Although it is for children, the adult reading it will be ministered to."

"My daughter really likes your book." (The Lamb translated into French). "She's read it twice. I see her in her room reading it."
Comment by a Roman Catholic mother about her daughter who is a very intelligent 13-year-old...
(from an email) "I am teaching the 1st and 2nd grade Sunday school class at my church. I am so excited about it. I am using The Lamb book for my curriculum. I have only taught 2 weeks and the kids are already glued to what is going to happen next. There is one girl who is really thinking about the teaching. Her name is Laura* and she has been asking some really great questions. I taught on the fall of Lucifer and how God made the Lake of Fire for him and his demons. She asked "If we get to heaven and we are not perfect will we go to that bad place too?" I didn't know what to say. I wanted to answer her question but I wanted her to understand fully what God has done. So I told her that God promised and provided us a way to be perfect and so we can go to heaven and that she would hear about it in the next coming weeks."
